Apparently this is me.......Jyoti, age 13, is an imaginative, and sometimes dark, artist who knows herself very well. Whether Jyoti likes herself is another story. Jyoti now lives in Oakland to with her awesome friends. And holds a job as a artist. Jyoti is single and has no children. She's tall and wears black all the time.
As a child, Jyoti never identified with or found much in common with either parent. As a result, Jyoti had to look internally for an identity. There's a whole world in there that few people see. This leaves a perfect opportunity for a love interest to find something intriguing and to bring that something out into the world. Jyoti's flaw is that he/she believes that to continue this flow of self-discovery she has to increase who he/she is, including any dark side, offering an opportunity for mistakes and learning. She wants to continue living life as long as she can.

The End of Forever"We are inseparable,
we will remain as such
"Don't you mean forever?"
"No. I left out the last 'R'
because that's the end of forever."
I guess she never thought
the end of forever
would be five minutes later.
It's been a lifetime
since the day she left;
the day she died in my arms.
But it hasn't been a lifetime
in fact, the moment the sun goes down,
it will have been exactly two years
Two years without her
is just like
two years without water;
it's impossible to survive.
I've done the impossible,
I survived two years without water.
Oh look, the sun is down.
Two years have passed.
And I need water, because my mouth is dry.
For this is my time to join her
And I must say Good-bye
2 girls, some c-4 and MCRThis is a story about two ward-mates in the most famous insane asylum ever. One of them loves violence, the other just plain insane. Unfortunately, they both LOVE My Chemical Romance.
"I smell something burning...." I say, hiding the lighter in my pocket.
"Really?" My ward-mate, and friend, said sniffing the air. "I want some pizza."
"Me too," now it was my turn to sniff the air, "I also smell melting plastic...." I started whistling, having "no idea" who started the fire.
She tilted her head. "Well whatever it was, I didn't do it.
Oh, look. A fire."
"Where?"I did a double take. "I know who did'
"Over there" She pointed in the general direction of the pretty colors.
"It's quite colorful." She said, getting distracted by the color.
I gasped. "I wanna touch the pretty colors!!!" I attacked the fire, only to jump out. "It's hot..." I then made a sad puppy dog/baby face.
"Fear not!" She said jumping up and down. "The ice cream truck is just a block away!" She handed me an ice-pa
The Truth Behind FallingNot everyone knows the truth; just the lines. But when reading between them, you get the full message.....
When I fell,
there was no pillow so,
my heart and my soul.
I shattered into
a bowl with one thousand holes, each one filled meaning I wasn't whole; I was:
One thousand miserable pieces.
One day the bowl spilled, leaving my pieces open to the public. People walked on me, leaving imprints of all sizes. The biggest
ones were people who were important;
Friends and best friends
never knew the truth of what was behind the plastic smile so they just
Ignored the fact that I was broken
and kept on walking all over me; when leaving, leaving me to break even more now knowing they left my life.
So I kept falling
with no one to hold; no one to catch me when I fell. So I kept falling
Life is a NightmareLife is a nightmare
that no one can wake up form
People all try to wake up,
failing in every way possible because
there's only one true way of escaping it
and everyone knows what it is.
But they don't want to truly escape it;
they just want to make the it easier on themselves.
Everyone has their own way of doing that;
a hobby, a friend, a pet, a diary,
just someone to talk to.
I, on the other hand, have no one to talk to.
So my escape is someone that can talk to me;
people that can talk to me.
My escape is music.
Every nightmare holds a dream,
and every dream a nightmare.
Life is a nightmare that
no one can wake up from
But music on the other hand
is a beautiful dream,
kept within the nightmare's grasp,
keeping me asleep
Her CatalystAs she walks through the maelstrom, the words trace upon the tips of her fingers and press into the stone. Every brick, every crack in the concrete, every crossed and angular stroke in reds and blacks and oranges. The drips of the gasoline pool around the base of her boots, slosh as she steps over the burst pipes and the rubble.
So much rubble. So little outcry. The silence of the city grates on her eardrums and the mantras she'd been forced to memorize. The Seers demanded they observe thirteen years of recitation before they attempt to weave their first World together.
But who other than the Seers can claim the incantations that knot the skeins they twist and pull on like reins hold fast? When have any of the Sisters recorded the visions they traced upon space-time and recited them, left them open for critique and discussion and debate?
Which is why she walks through the chalky soot of the smashed city around her. This all
